Can I still wear my old wardrobe after becoming Muslim?

Yes, you can keep and wear a lot of your old wardrobe after becoming Muslim. Clothes that are modest enough can stay, many others can be layered or adjusted, and only a few items really need to go. You don't have to throw everything out and start again overnight.
What usually stays
Islam doesn't ask converts to dress like someone from another country. Jeans that aren't skin-tight, long-sleeved tops, sweaters, long skirts, coats and dresses that cover well are already fine. Men can usually keep almost everything except shorts above the knee for public wear, and silk or gold items. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah is beautiful and He loves beauty" (Sahih Muslim 91), so looking good is part of the faith, not against it.
What can be adjusted
- Short sleeves: wear a long-sleeved top or arm sleeves underneath.
- Shorter dresses and skirts: add loose trousers or a long skirt, or wear them as tunics.
- Fitted tops: add a long cardigan, open shirt or blazer over them.
- Low necklines: add a camisole or a hijab that covers the chest.
Tight items can still be worn at home or under looser layers. See Can I still wear skinny jeans after becoming Muslim?
What should go
A few items can't be fixed by layering: clothing with crude slogans or images, items with religious symbols of another faith, see-through pieces meant for going out, and, for men, real silk and gold. Clothes you won't wear again are a great chance for charity. See Can I donate my old clothes as charity?
Go step by step
Many new Muslim women build up to full hijab over weeks or months, and their wardrobe changes along the way. That's normal. Buy a few versatile basics, like long cardigans, maxi skirts, wide-leg trousers and long tops, and you'll find most of your old clothes work again. - Modest clothes from before Islam can stay in your wardrobe.
- Layering fixes most short, fitted or low-cut items.
- Offensive prints, other religious symbols, and silk or gold for men should go.
- Changing your wardrobe gradually is normal.
