What can I wear at my wedding as a Muslim bride?

In a women-only celebration, almost any beautiful dress you like. In mixed areas, at the nikah with men present, and in photos that will be shared, wear a modest gown with long sleeves and hijab. A white wedding dress is fine; it's a cultural tradition, not a religious symbol.
The women-only celebration
Many Muslim weddings separate men and women, so the bride can celebrate freely. In the women's section, you can wear an off-shoulder gown, show your hair, have it styled, and wear full makeup and jewelry, because only women see you (Quran 24:31). Celebration with music from the daff was common in the Prophet's time; girls beat tambourines and sang at a wedding he attended (Sahih al-Bukhari 5147).
Mixed parts of the day
If men are present, like at the nikah ceremony, during photos with family, or at a mixed reception, dress as you would in hijab, but beautifully:
- A gown with long sleeves and a high neckline, not tight.
- A bridal hijab covering hair, ears, neck and chest.
- Elegant but not heavy makeup, according to the view you follow. See Can I wear makeup with hijab?
Some brides change outfits: a modest gown for the mixed part and a different dress for the women's party.
The dress
White dresses became popular in the West in the 19th century and are worn by brides of all faiths today. They're not religious clothing, so Muslim brides may wear them. Many choose ivory, gold, red or pastel shades from their own cultures. Avoid heavy veils covering the face if you want to sign the marriage contract clearly, and check that the fabric isn't see-through in daylight or under flash.
