What will women get in Jannah?

Women in Jannah get everything men get: Allah's pleasure, eternal youth and beauty, peace, a loving spouse, and literally whatever their souls desire. The Quran promises Paradise to believing men and women equally, and no one there will feel left out or short-changed.
Equal reward for men and women
The Quran repeatedly makes clear that reward depends on faith and deeds, not gender.
Surah al-Ahzab lists believing men and women side by side, the praying, fasting, charitable and patient, and promises both forgiveness and a great reward (Quran 33:35).
Whatever you desire
The Quran says of the people of Paradise, "You will have therein whatever your souls desire, and you will have therein whatever you request" (Quran 41:31). In a hadith qudsi, Allah says He has prepared for His righteous servants what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no heart has imagined (Sahih al-Bukhari 3244). So the question "what will women get?" has a simple answer: more than you can picture, tailored to you.
The Prophet ﷺ also told an elderly woman, gently joking, that old women won't enter Paradise, then explained that Allah will make them young again when they enter, as reported in the Shama'il of at-Tirmidhi. Every woman in Jannah will be youthful and beautiful. See What is Jannah?
What about a husband?
- If you and your husband both enter Jannah, you can be together, and he will be at his very best.
- If you were never married, or your husband doesn't enter, Allah will give you a spouse who makes you happy. No one in Paradise is single.
- If you married more than once, scholars differ on who you'll be with; some say the last husband, others say you'll choose the best in character.
- Jealousy and resentment won't exist there (Quran 15:47), so none of this will hurt.
The greatest gift
Above every other blessing, women and men alike will see Allah and enjoy His lasting pleasure. That is the real goal, and it's equally open to everyone. Your rank depends on your faith and deeds, not your gender. See What are the levels of Jannah?
If you've been told Islam gives women less in the afterlife, the Quran itself answers that. See Do Muslims believe in heaven and hell?
- The Quran promises Paradise to believing men and women equally (Quran 4:124, 33:35).
- Women will have whatever they desire, and more than they can imagine.

- The highest reward, seeing Allah, is for women as much as men.
