Will I meet the Prophet Muhammad in Jannah?

Yes, there is real hope, and the Quran and hadith give clear reasons for it. Allah promises that those who obey Him and His Messenger will be in the company of the prophets, and the Prophet ﷺ said that a person will be with those he loves. No one can claim a guarantee, but sincere love and obedience are the way.
The promise in the Quran
The Quran describes the reward of those who follow the Messenger:
Scholars understand this as a promise of companionship in Paradise, though people will be at different levels. The more a believer follows the Prophet's ﷺ teachings, the closer to him that believer hopes to be. See What are the levels of Jannah?
"You will be with those you love"
A man once asked the Prophet ﷺ when the Hour would come. The Prophet ﷺ asked what he had prepared for it. The man answered that he had nothing special except love for Allah and His Messenger, and the Prophet ﷺ said, "You will be with those whom you love." Anas said that they had never been so glad as when they heard it (Sahih al-Bukhari 3688). Anas added that he loved the Prophet, Abu Bakr and Umar, and hoped to be with them despite his deeds not matching theirs.
This hadith is a great comfort for new Muslims who feel their practice is small. But love is shown in action: following his example, sending blessings upon him and learning his life. See Who was the Prophet Muhammad?
Asking for his company
One Companion, Rabi'ah, once served the Prophet ﷺ at night, and the Prophet ﷺ told him to ask for anything. Rabi'ah said, "I ask your company in Paradise." The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Then help me to achieve this for you by devoting yourself often to prostration" (Sahih Muslim 489). So the best way to seek that company is to pray often and sincerely, and to ask Allah for it directly.
The Prophet ﷺ also said that he and the person who looks after an orphan will be in Paradise like this, holding his two fingers together (Sahih al-Bukhari 6005). Small acts of kindness can be a path to closeness.
A note of humility
We should hope and work, but never say it is certain for us, because only Allah knows who will be admitted and at which level. Scholars also remind us that no deed earns Paradise by itself; it is Allah's mercy that admits us. For who enters first, see Who will be the first to enter Jannah?
- Allah promises the company of the prophets to those who obey Him and His Messenger (Quran 4:69).
- The Prophet ﷺ said you will be with those you love (Sahih al-Bukhari 3688).
- Pray often and ask for his company, as Rabi'ah did (Sahih Muslim 489).
- Hope and work, but leave the outcome to Allah's mercy.
